TRAVELLING DIARY
Sunday:
Hooray! It’s summer! It’s Sunday and we are going to travel round Ukraine. Travelling with my elder brother’s family is so much fun. He knows a lot about different places and our first stop will be in Lutsk. We are going there by bus. My brother told me about the Shatski Lakes and the most beautiful and largest lake Svityaz. I’m going to see it with my own eyes!

Ура! Літо! Неділя, і ми збираємося подорожувати по Україні. Подорожувати з родиною мого старшого брата дуже весело. Він знає багато про різні місця, і наша перша зупинка буде в Луцьку. Ми їдемо туди автобусом. Мій брат розповів мені про Шацькі озера і найкрасивіше і найбільше озеро Світязь. Я побачу його на власні очі!
Monday:
We are at the Lake Svityaz now and I’m really amazed. The weather is crystal clear and so warm. We are going by boat to see the wonderful Shatsk National Nature Park. My brother says there are a lot of rare flowers and birds there. I never had a boat trip before. I think I’ll like it.

Зараз ми на озері Світязь, і я дійсно вражений. Погода є кришталево ясною та такою теплою. Ми їдемо (збираємося поїхати) на човні, щоб побачити прекрасний Шацький Національний природний парк. Мій брат каже, що там є багато рідкісних квітів і птахів. Я ніколи не подорожував на човні раніше. Думаю, мені це сподобається.
Wednesday:
I’ve had a special time these last two days. In the evening we are going to Kyiv by train. We’ll have a three day sightseeing tour. I can’t believe I’ll see the heart of our country soon.
Середа:
Я провів гарний (особливий) час за останні два дні. Увечері ми їдемо до Києва на поїзді. Ми проведемо триденну екскурсію. Я не можу повірити, що незабаром я побачу серце нашої країни.
Sunday:
It is Sunday again and I’ve seen a lot of interesting places in Kyiv. We went to the central square by underground and I took a lot of pictures there. We spent two hours in the underground shopping centre “Globus”. I’ll buy some souvenirs for my friends from there. Tomorrow we are going to the seaside, to Odessa, to be exact. We’ll travel by plane, and it will be the last stop. I’m so excited! It is the most memorable holiday in my life. To see different parts of Ukraine and to travel by all means of transport in a week! Enough to feel excited!

Знову неділя, і я подивився в Києві багато цікавих місць. Ми їздили на центральну площу на метро, і я зробив там багато фотографій. Ми провели дві години в підземному торговельному центрі «Глобус». Відтепер я буду купувати сувеніри для своїх друзів там. Завтра ми їдемо до моря, а точніше до Одеси. Ми будемо подорожувати літаком, і це буде останньою зупинкою. Я такий схвильований! Це самий незабутній відпочинок у моєму житті. Побачити різні частини України і проїхати всіма видами транспорту протягом тижня! Досить, щоб відчувати себе збудженим!
