Розпочинаємо ще одну цікаву тему My Home (Мій дім). Ми навчимося правильно називати та описувати кімнати квартири або будинку.

        Learn to talk about the flat you live in 

(Вчимося розмовляти про квартиру, у якій живемо)

Word Box floor (поверх), sitting room (вітальня), bedroom (спальня), bathroom (ванна кімната), nursery (дитяча кімната),  kitchen (кухня)

Communication Box May I know why? (Можу я дізнатися, чому?)  Unfortunately (На жаль.)

Ex. 1 Look and say what there is in a house. (Подивися і скажи, що є у домі.)

            There is a big hall in the house.

            There is a big sitting room in the house.

            There is a big bedroom in the house.

            There is a big bathroom in the house.

            There is a big nursery in the house.

            There is a big toilet in the house.

            There is a big kitchen in the house.

Ex. 2. Listen and repeat. (Послухай і повтори)

     Little Jack Sprat

            – Little Jack Sprat

               Where is your flat?

            – I live on the ground floor

               In the flat with a green door.

                               Маленький Джек Спрет

                                  – Маленький Джек Спрет

                                     Де твоя квартира?

                                  – Я живу на першому поверсі

                                     В квартирі з зеленими дверима.

Повторюємо читання голосних у закритому складі та у буквосполученнях:

[ǽ] – Jack, Sprat, flat

[o:] – floor, door

Ex.3. Look, match and say in what room the members of the family like to be. 

       (Подивися, поєднай з малюнками та скажи, у якій кімнаті члени родини                   полюбляють бути.)

         The little girl likes to be in her nursery.

         Mum likes to be in her bedroom.

         Granny likes to be in the kitchen.

         Dad likes to be in the sitting room.
